Which suburb in Canberra is better to live (in terms of safety) for a family with a kid?

I live in Cook with my wife and one child (1 year old) and my wife also grew up in Cook. We love it and have never had any issues with safety. We have two horses at the Cook paddocks and walk up there in mornings and evenings and always feel safe. We also have the local Jamison Plaza that we walk to often to get something for dinner and have never had any issues. Well worth looking at the suburb.
