"Awesome and beautiful place"
Good area, new and modren living and good facilities. Close to a big established park that has a footy oval as well. Other side of the park is the state-of-the-art school....that opened in 2010 Derrimut Primary School.Hospital is nearby and so are the shopping centres and plazas. Train station is going to be upgraded from v-line to metro as well...Work in progress. Freeway access is two mins from the locality. 20-25 mins at the max to the cbd and 30-35 mins to the Melbourne Airport. AWESOME LOCATION..tht's it
