Is Derrimut a safe place to live?

I grew up in Kings Park and this place is as peaceful as a church compared to Kings Park. Never had any issues in Derrimut or even an uncomfortable moment during the day or at night whilst walking. People are friendly.

Yes, it is nothing like Sunshine or St Albans. Here there is young families, old people and professionals, it's pretty far removed from all the dodginess you would often stereotype with the western suburbs. Best to come down to the area and see for yourself.
