We have lived in Caringbah South for nearly 20 years and really enjoy the friendliness of those in the area and the waterways which surround the suburb. It's close to train transport and an easy drive to the city.

Caringbah South is suitable for people of any age. Some streets are a standout, such as Burradoo street with its quiet yet friendly neighbourhood. People genuinely care about each other. I have lived here for over 20 years . Its a great location , a 10 minute drive to Cronulla , Wanda and Eloura beaches : great to be able to go for a swim , walk the Esplanade or enjoy a coffee . There are also plenty of great eateries in the area , and a convenient IGA supermarket as well as the larger Coles and Woolworths . The local bus service runs between Caringbah South , and Miranda meaning its easy to get to the local hospitals , and Westfield . Caringbah train station is also conveniently located in the main street and provides access to the CBD in 45 minutes .
The suburb is quite , plenty of parks and sports fields , tree lined streets , and a great choice of public and private schools .
