"Convenient proximity to the ocean"

I have lived here for over 20 years . Its a great location , a 10 minute drive to Cronulla , Wanda and Eloura beaches : great to be able to go for a swim , walk the Esplanade or enjoy a coffee . There are also plenty of great eateries in the area , and a convenient IGA supermarket as well as the larger Coles and Woolworths . The local bus service runs between Caringbah South , and Miranda meaning its easy to get to the local hospitals , and Westfield . Caringbah train station is also conveniently located in the main street and provides access to the CBD in 45 minutes .
The suburb is quite , plenty of parks and sports fields , tree lined streets , and a great choice of public and private schools .
