"Inner north's gem"
Fantastic location just moments from the Centre of Melbourne. Wide Streets, many a divided by grassy median strips which double as an area to hang out with neighbours - and trust me you will the people here are friendly.
With a large amount of Victorian and Edwardian era attached and semi-detached terrace houses. The area has gentrified and as a result many of these properties have been renovated.
Check out Rathdowne Village for cafes and restaurants, its the perfect place to catch up with friends and family.
