Clean street, almost all are house-proud. No garish looking houses and gardens are neat. Neighbours wave hello. There has been no annoyingly lound parties in the 4 years I have been here. There are street lights but no footpaths. There are parks down the street, a new shopping centre and high school and 4 primary schools. Buses frequent the main street - bus stop a 5 min walk away. Around 3 medical centres about 5 min drive away. There are not many areas like mine that can boast acreage on one side and city conveniences on the other. Country drives start around the corner. Lots of cafes and restaurants. New cinema down the road.
The area is ideal for families with young children or teenagers. Retirees like the area too but I am yet to understand why an older couple needs 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on an average 600m2 block, which is what most of the houses here have.
