Price start from $300k for an older one bedroom unit up to $850k to $1.2m for newer 3 bedrooms unit. There many apartments going up. There appears to be an influx of supply so eventually unit prices will drop.... Owner corporations Fees are around the $2000 per annum which is reasonable.
