Carnegie, VIC 3163 is located within the Glen Eira local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
Need to move *somewhere* as being priced out of current rental area. Want to buy for security reasons: a small roof over head is still a roof! Needs to NOT be BCD (beyond commutable distance) to inner eastern Melb. Needs a train that arrives before 7am. Frankston or Dandenong lines preferred.
