What are the quietest and safest ares to move to in Casterton?

I would say as you are travelling into Casterton from say Hamilton, the left and right sides are the most quiet then once you have gone down the bendy hill past the servo avoid the Main Street as it’s quite busy with trucks etc and stick to the left of the Main Street they are the best areas :)

Casterton is a quiet community village and all areas are relatively safe and quiet. The main street is possibly best avoided due to the heavy freight traffic that must of necessity pass through the town. The only noisy activity is the occasional drag race meetings held on the Portland Road.
