"Convenient, leafy, pride of ownership."
Peaceful, friendly street, nicely covered in Poinciana, Frangipanni and Jacaranda trees. Nice neighbours for the kids to play with. Close to childcare centre and walking distance to both the Goodna shopping centre and Goodna train station. Many houses have nice North or South aspects and there is a real pride of ownership in the street. Nice walking distance to Warren Park and it’s kids swings and playground. No issues about flooding in this street and being in a nice circuit, low levels of traffic. Great street and suburb to live in!
