"A whole lot better now"
Close to estuary ,Serpentine River ,boat ramps ,schools, hospital,Perth bypass, local deli, The Forum, despite the reputation has inproved no end and is getting better due to partly the development 5 star" Frasers Landing" ; and the local council remembering it has a suburb there. Bloody good investment, look at the location geographly.

Not the best place to live rude children things getting stolen all the time even my hose idoits doing burn outs were kids walk up and down steerforth no better sell and run for the hills i did best move ever good luck
