"Best of everything"
Great for working couples
15 minutes from the city, excellent public transport
10 minutes to the beach
5 minutes to Leederville
5 minutes to Karrinyup shops
Fantastic neighbours
Only thing missing is nightlife and cafe / restaurant strip, but on the upside heaps of restaurants 5 mins away in Osborne Park, Innaloo, Leederville
