"Tightly held pocket of Roselea Estate"
The annual Xmas in the park across the road summarises the great neighbourhood . Our central location sees you on the train and into the city within 15 minutes , a 10 minute drive to Scarborough & Trigg beaches , Karrinyup and Innaloo shopping centres 5 minutes , lots of nice casual restaurants around the area as well as excellent sport and recreation areas . This is a fabulous safe & family friendly zone ...... if we could sell the close by neighbours it would add 100's of thousands to the price .
