"Dog people will love it"
There are several dog owners in and around Central Avenue and they always stop for a chat. There are some young families, its full of people of all ages, but its affordability lands itself to young people. It's close to public transport, being walking distance to Boronia Station and shopping is great at Boronia Central with Safeway and Bowling Alley too.
