Charsley Street, Willagee, WA 6156

We have lived in the same home on Charsley for 30 years. I grew up in Jackman Street which was a wonderful street too. We are surrounded by the same neighbours who were there when we moved in. I believe we will all be carried out of our homes in boxes. When we first bought this home in 1991, everyone else was buying in North Lake, South Lake and Yangebup. As I had lived in Willagee all my life, we had a strong inkling that Willagee would increase in price as it was surrounded by great suburbs. It made sense that it would. Close to everything. 5 minutes to whatever you need. We have been watching the prices increase over time. I adore living here.
