Disagree with previous poster I would not say stacey st in hoon town? in fact in the time I've lived in stacey street I can say its anything but.
try living in cooloongup near Rockingham and its chalk and cheese.

"hoon town"
lovely area has great potential being close to fremantle ,beaches pretty easy access to freeways and not far to perth city certain parts have nice family vibe about it but other parts are just full of hoons ,hooligans and undesirables overall not too bad a place to live.
