"ONE OF THE BEST"
Chelsea Place is one of those streets that most people drive down just to have a look at million dollar homes, located on the old Townsville Drivein site most townsvillians would have visited the street at one time or another, located a short walk to the Cowboys Stadium and a short drive to all shops and amenities. The blocks are all around the 1/2 an acre mark and the homes start from around $700,000 as one rescent sale denotes. A great street to live.
