Looking for place to live in Churchill or Traralgon, Victoria
We are currently living in Melbourne, but looking to move to Churchill or Traralgon, as my wife get a placement @ Fed Uni. We are a young family with kids. Can anyone recommend good area (street) to live @ Churchill ? Family safety is my highest priority. Also, any streets to stay away from? I'm reading that both Morwell have higher crime rate than Churchill / Traralgon, so I personally try to stay away from those two town.
Second priority would be childcare & kinder, then internet access (as I have to work remotely).

The Valley has pockets of dodgy types and has the highest crime rate in Victoria. There is no safe parts to the valley apart from Trafalgar, but good luck finding something to rent there. Rules are. 1) Don't walk alone. Day or night doesn't matter. Friend was attacked and hospitalised walking Dog in daylight.
Crime increased since Jan 2018.
But there is a campaign to gloss over it to bring decent people in, but the dodgy types aren't going anywhere.

I would not recommend churinga drive area. The park behind dalpura ct is not good. Btw, whats your finding about the area? which street is safer and more livable? I am looking forward to move it. thanks
