Clayton Lane is a small stree off Woodstock Rd in Toowong. It's mainly used as an entrance to a number of apartment complexes on Maryvale St and Sherwood Rd. However, there are a number of houses along the small street.

As it's near the busy Sherwood Rd, you'd expect it to be noisy due to traffic. However, the street is remarkably quiet.

Parking is an issue as the street isn't wide enough for on street parking, so if you have more cars then parks you'll have to park on a nearby street.
