"Great Location, Noise an Issue."
Jephson St is a very central location in Toowong. It has close access to the University as well as the City. A number of schools, restaurants, pubs and shopping areas. The Toowong Village shopping centre is very close, as is the RE Hotel and Regatta Hotel.
There are easy walking distance trains, buses and City Cats.
However, this street is a major thouroughfare for traffic to and from Moggil Rd and the University. This means that traffic noise can be an issue at peak times.
