What is the best area around Coffs for a more affluent person?

Looking for $1m+ property. I want at least 1 acre, maybe views, must be quiet but not too far away from life. Not too close to neighbours.

We have a magical spot of about 25 acres, mostly cleared but a few acres of forest. It is mostly flat and has great soils that grow a huge amount of grass. Surrounded by forests everyone who comes here remarks on how it is a hidden gem. Good spacious brick home of 3-4 beds, 2 baths with cathedral ceilings and timber floors. Huge powered shed, four bay GP shed, 40x20 covered arena which would be ideal for parking or machinery/whatever. (So much so that I have been offered money by neighbours if you don't want it!) . We have two crystal clear creeks and a lot of young and mature trees. It is 13kms from centre of Coffs up a beautiful drive through banana plantations and into the rain forest, and at the end of a dead end road which leads up to the top of the mountain. It has previously been used for growing flowers but we have it set up for horses. We hadn't planned to sell for a year or so, so it isn't listed though we have spoken to a friend/agent who will let us know if a real buyer is looking at something like our place. We will look at offers around 1.2million. If interested email me and I can tell you more/show pictures or put you in touch with the agent if you prefer. Would also be worth your while speaking to some of the better agents and be aware that a lot of the bigger places are being bought up by those wanting to grow blueberries.

Thanks for your reply, but that sounds like too much hard work for me. I only want 1 to 3 acres, flat, grassed, and a modern home. Just came back from Coffs, liked Bonville but it appears most sales there are speculative, i.e, they will sell if a mug comes along and pays their silly asking price. Prices have fallen there that's for sure, so it is a buyers market. have to keep looking I guess.
