"Great family street"
Collings Street is in Balmoral which is considered one of the more expensive areas to live in Brisbane. Houses in Collings Street have city views as they are situated on Balmoral Hill. The street has a primary school, which is the St Peters and Pauls Primary School, traffic at drop off time and pickup time can be a little hectic but this is only for a short period twice a day. In fact having the school in the street is a major bonus as there are no noise while at home on weekends or during holiday period or before you leave for work and after you get home. A major advantage also being that our veiws can never be built out. Unbelievable views!
