"Real Estate Agents describe the area as the "Prime River Precinct of West Belmont""
Personally I find that description just a little over the top, as Collins Street is a quiet but quaint little street tucked away between Mt Pleasant Road and the Barwon River. Situated close to schools, transport, cafes and restaurants, and the High Street Shopping Strip.
With a 5 minute drive to Geelong city, and 15 -20 minute drive to Torquay's beaches, Collins Street is in a perfect position to enjoy the pleasures of a comfortable family lifestyle.
