"such a central spot"
have bought a unit in Roslyn rd Belmont and have spent the past 6 weeks renovating the bathroom...whilst there was so impressed how everything is in walking distance and so accessible. You have all facilities close by, public transport, shops, eateries, doctors, dentists, schools, Deakin Uni, Waurn Ponds shopping centre, new Ring road entrance close by and CBD down the road....you don't even need a car!!Super place to live or rent...
