"Great estate"
Colt court is one of those streets that has the large quality built home and no 16 colt court will be no exception with a new owner moving on very soon to build their dream home. The whole estate that surrounds Colt is full of quality homes on the 2000 sq metre plus blocks where home owners have built on these larger blocks so they have room for their families to grow. If you have the chance to buy into the Rossmead estate then go ahead and do it, you will not regret it, With the quality of the Riverparks estate being built next door you can't go wrong.
