Elbery is closer to everything than people think, it is close to the shops and schools and the start of the acreage holdings of Kelso, the homes in there are around 15 years old and there are some great properties through the street, including one particular renovation that i have seen unfold over the past year. People seem to rather build onto thier current homes rather than move and i know of several people that have just renovated in the street, to make their home what they want to stay for the long time, not just visit.
