"Quiet and friendly, popular with renters and minutes from the café strip"
Conigrave Lane is a narrow little street running parallel to the bustling Norwood Parade. It has a number of small, orange brick units and a couple of other cottages and houses, and is very popular with renters.
There are a few really good drawcards for the location. First is Norwood Parade - shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants, a couple of large supermarkets and even a cinema. This is lifestyle at its best. Conigrave Lane is also close to the Adelaide CBD. It's a 30 minute walk or just 10 minutes on the bus.
The major downside here is space. The properties are tiny, parking is difficult and traffic around the area can be slow.
However it is a great spot for uni students to be based.
