Convallis Vista is well positioned in The Vines - close to the Resort and Driving Range, as well as between two access points to the suburb - Chateau Place and Bordeaux Lane. It is a quiet street that doesn't see drive by traffic due to it's secluded nature. Neighbours are very friendly and look out for each other - a street drinks party is held once a year and is well attended.

Homes on the North side of the street back onto the Golf Course and are generally larger with larger blocks - there are a couple of double storey homes on the North side of the street. Homes on the South side of the street have rear lane garage access with front doors and yards facing the street. Homes on the South side of the street are generally smaller with smaller blocks. Properties were all built approximately 10 years ago and are well maintained. Majority of properties in the street are owner occupied properties with 2 rental properties in the street, however there is no homeswest housing in the street or in the suburb. Rental properties are currently leased for $395 per week & $550 per week.

The closest public transport bus stop to Convallis Vista is on Vines Avenue near Burgundy Lane and is serviced by school buses only. If you live in Convallis Vista, a car is essential to get around.
