"Very close to Fruitgrove Train Station and public transport - straight into the city"
I used to live in the gated units on Corella place and it was a very clean and tidy street. The houses are very mixed in value. It's very close to Fruitgrove station and the 150 going to and from the city (which goes through Garden City). It would be nice to have more than a couple of buses to get to different places but still very close and convenient.
The only criticism I will tell you about Corella Place is the train noise. It used to get frustrating trying to watch TV when a train would come past and never fail to barp their horn - as Corella place is right next to boom gates. The only good thing to come of that is that you get used to it - it will only become a shock to those who don't visit as often.
