"Close to beach"
Love living here, the neighbours are friendly and they look out for each other. You can walk to the beach, enjoy a bike ride along the path overlooking the ocean, close to shops and doctors. What more could you need. Perfect location to call home.

"Good cray fishing and sports complex close by"
Nice swimming beach due to reef protecting beach from large waves.
Nude Beach is fun for a laugh and to spice up the marraige.
New sports complex water park next to high school is great for the kids.
Large shopping center next to the estate and small one within St Claire estate is handy.
