"resort style neighbourhood right on the beach!"
The Kennedy Bay resort precinct is an exclusive resort style neighbourhood right on Warnboro Sound Bay. The houses are all quality two storey tuscan styled residences in an open plan street scape. Every house in Kennedy Bay has ocean views of Warnboro Sound Bay, is a short two minute walk to the beach, to a park with bbq facilities and also a golf course. There are walkways along the coast all the way to Penguin Island. Port Kennedy is close by and has a great shopping area and a variety of schools. Living at Kennedy Bay is a very healthy lifestyle choice.
