What type of roses grow best near the beach in Cottesloe?

I can't give you specific advice about roses, but the main things to bear in mind are that as a coastal location, Cottesloe enjoys strong winds, with salt in the air. Not all plants can stand this - you might also need to use a lot of fertiliser, potting mix, etc., as there is little natural topsoil, but there is plenty of sand.
