"Quiet little square with lovely neighbours"
The court off a square and one way system makes Courtney Square a lovely place to bring up the kids or retire. It is far enough away from the major roads. So much so, you cannot hear them at all! A high up location allows for lovely views towards the east.
Just a hop, skip and a jump away from Regency Park and St Lukes Primary Schools. All the neighbours are friendly. No noticeable teenagers milling around at the moment.
Just a 2 minute drive takes you to Eastlink and 5 minutes to Knox.
