"Great area"
Roehampton Avenue is right in the middle of the Regency Park estate, and it's no wonder this area is so highly regarded: a great location close to Knox City, the street is quiet, wide and tree-lined. There are plenty of parks and walks around the area.
I honestly don't think the previous reviewer has even been in the street - no sign of the 'snooty neighbours', 'hoons' or 'partys often' which he complains about.

"Ok living for young people"
street quite often has hoons driving up and down , quite a mix of neighbours more snooty stuck up people but quite alot of young kids moved into the street with partys often
