Troubled youth in Craigieburn
Craigieburn has been on our top list of suburbs to buy home in but after reading about a hundred shocking reviews of Mount Ridley College students and teachers, it has put me off highly over the kind of neighbourhood it has based on the students (and families) living there. On the contrary, the reviews of living there are very positive. Can someone local please give some insight on the situation please? Many thanks.

Hi, i have lived in Craigieburn for 9 years, with no problems at all. I haven't heard anything about Mt Ridley College, my neighbours kids go there to and no complaints from them either.

We've had no issues with youths or anyone for that matter in Craigieburn. A few youths will congregate around the shops but they all keep to themselves and usually not of any concern. If the negative reviews are selectively for a single school then it may be best to look elsewhere, however keeping in mind that all the negative reviews probably still only represent a small minority.
