great,quiet, good residents freindly everybody says hello to everyone else with the exception of a few. but obviously not been here for long close to water and woolys beach, only a couple of kms to boat ramp great bushwalking tracks plenty of birds and wildlife ect. would not live anywhere else highly recommend try it chill out relax and destress very easy to do down here promise youll love it thats why i bought a property here to enjoy retirement.
