"Quiet street in great location"
The street isn't a through road so it get very little traffic. The streets homes, dominately weatherboard, are slowly getting renovated creating a quality feel for the street.
We have a 1 year old son, and many others have kids in the street and find it easy to ruand ride along the road.
The location is the biggest seller for us. Situated right between Parkington St, Aberdeen St supermarket and medcal centre, plus the Shannon Ave supermarket and shops, and only 2km from the heart of Geelong. We pretty much walk everywhere for our basic needs.
