Currently the average sale price in Geelong West is around $420,000.
I always think you can take statistics with a grain of salt though because it really depends on what sort of homes are selling at the time. If a large number of Units are selling the price will obviously come down and when more modern renovated homes are selling the price will go up.
Most times you will get what you pay for and it comes down to how much you want to pay.
