"Perfect street, with colleges, parklands and safe for the whole family and an even safer investment."
Cumberland street is one of the best streets in newtown, my wife and myself were looking to move from Melbourne, and we canvassed all the streets in Newtown as we wanted to relocate there.
We finnaly brought in Cuberland street we would have like further up the top near retreat road however it was just unavalable at the time. Its a blue chip area, with phenomal growth, if you can manage to snap up a house in Cumberland street i suggest you do.
