Which is the best suburb for retirees as far as community spirit is concerned?

Altona as it has two large retirement villages for retirees, a very active senior citizens club that receives significant council assistance, university of the third age is located at the citizens community centre. Altona has a large retiree population and a number of venues provide free bus services to various clubs such as the Altona Sportsmans club on the foreshore ,so that a retiree can be picked up and dropped off at their home so they can go out and have a bite to eat. The rotary club of Altona is highly active in engaging with the retired population of Altona and have a large membership of active retirees. I could go on and on. It is a fantastic suburb for a retiree with loads of support structures in place.
