"Location, location, location!"
This was a great investment. We have moved on, but only because we are investors and needed to fund our next venture. If we were looking for a place to settle down to, we would have stayed. It is so close to everything. Quiet street and friendly locals. You can't appreciate the value of this area until you have lived there.
