"Developing area, traffic sometimes noisy"
Has some homes built post 2nd world war. Being developed over time into commercial offices and training facilities. Ideal position for commercial sites as has high exposure to passing traffic and pedestrians. Opposite Westfield Shopping Centre. Five minute walk to train. Two minute walk to bus. Five minute stroll to parks and river.
