"Great house, great street"
I have personally seen the love, care and attention the owners have poured into this home to make it the showpiece it is today. In fact I ,and a number of others, now ask the owners why on earth they are selling it! It has a huge block of flat land with rear access to a 2 car accommodation or somewhere to park a caravan. The house itself is simply stunning following a comprehensive and tasteful renovation that offers a home that anyone would be proud to call theirs. The large, flat yard would be ideal for a family for afternoon games of cricket or footy, then cool off in the pool. Having been to this home on numerous occasions, I cannot recommend it enough to a potential buyer requiring quality and space.
