"Quite leafy backwater with heritage feel"
Great location - City fringe, a short bike ride or walk anywhere. Great parks, bike paths, walking tracks. Quiet street with little traffic. People freak out because there is some state housing, but this is a quiet area with respectful families.
Neighbours are friendly, but not in your face.
$10 taxi fare home from CBD at night - and about the same from the international airport.
