To CBD two options using public transport:
- Station in Petrie
- Station in Ferny Grove

Both have free parking, not sure about the bus from dayboro to either of those.
There is a taxi service I believe but you have to book it.

Flooding, the new estates tend to flood in (Mill Brook and Park Lands) other areas seem to be fine. Generally you can get into Dayboro just fine it means you have to come from petrie or ferny grove depending on which road is flooded.
Main roads are generally ok.

Thank you, much appreciated, will start planning m,y drive and rail trips into the CBD and AP.
Look Forward to getting to the town to sus out some real estate and the tranquility of the area, would have been gr8 to be down there during this rain to see where the water lies , but unfortunately that cant happen. It will be apples in due course.
Thanks
