Buderim is a very safe place to live. I've never felt safer. Most owners know their neighbours and people are so friendly that they look out for each other. Its very quiet at night even on the busiest streets.

Hi Debbie Buderim has always been a very desirable location for families and couples and has always had a low crime rate If you check on the neighbourhood watch information for the area it will give you some good feedback . great location for all quiet leafy area

Deloraine Drive and greater Headland Park Estate have a great reputation and is very popular with families due to it's central position to Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and Buderim. I would consider it a safe suburb.
