internet access (with no phone line) Dereel

We've just bought a property in Dereel & intend to build & live on it .I'm wondering about internet access(there is no phone out to our place).And also if others in the area are totally reliant on tank water and solar power and if so does it give you what you need to do your everyday stuff,thanks in advance :)
