The geographical features are natural. On the southern side boundary is Eudlo Creek, on the northern side is Petrie Creek and to the center is Mount Kiel. The area is mostly rural lifestyle with excellent access to the Bruce Highway and the local Sunshine coast Airport at Mudjimba. Being central, most places are at most 10mins away. We like the area just the way it is, so if you are planning on ruining the existing utopia, please go away.

Hi HG4,
Geographical features would include a 5 minute drive to the river,10 minutes or so to Maroochydore and Sunshine Plaza, 5 minutes to the highway and hospitals. It is also very close to our great beaches.
