Is it good for Double Bay property prices when new hotels come in to the area?
Double Bay, NSW 2028 is located within the Woollahra local government area, part of the Sydney (Greater) Region in New South Wales.
The recent announcement that a five-star InterContinental Hotel at Double Bay is almost complete is exciting. I'm curious to know how this will impact property prices? I know more tourists will look at the destination as a hotspot, but will home prices go up with this increased infrastructure?
