Whats it like living in an Art Deco unit?

Hi!

If anyone owned, renovated, lived in an Art Deco apartment in Eastern Suburbs could you please share your experience? What are the issues to look out for? High ceilings, spacious rooms are certainly charming but it would be great to know all ins and outs.
